You can add up to two (2) credit cards. Go to “Account Settings”, and add the second Credit Card details and click “Save”

Customer can do so via the app chat function and all chats will be logged for record and customer protection purposes.
We endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 working days, but it may take longer, for certain disputes.

Click either “Forgot Login Name” or “Password” and follow the instructions sent to the email account registered with us.

Go to “Account Settings”, delete the registered Credit Card, and input New Credit Card details and click “Save”

We will send an email to inform if a claim for refund is valid and in normal cases, depending on the credit card provider, payment will be refunded within 14 working days to same credit card registered with us.

We will charge for cancellation or postponement only if these are done, within two (2) days of the service date.

Fixel will not make payment to Fixelist unless the customer acknowledge that the job is completed or after 14 days the work is completed.
