Go to “Account Setting” and click “Delete Account”
Forgot Login Name or Password
Click either “Forgot Login Name” or “Password” and follow the instructions sent to the email account registered with us.
How do I change or update my payment?
Go to “Account Settings”, delete the registered Credit Card, and input New Credit Card details and click “Save”
How to check my credit card refund?
We will send an email to inform if a claim for refund is valid and in normal cases, depending on the credit card provider, payment will be refunded within 14 working days to same credit card registered with us.
Does Fixel charge fee for cancellation or postponement of service?
We will charge for cancellation or postponement only if these are done, within two (2) days of the service date.
How do Fixel protect customer from un-satisfactory work?
Fixel will not make payment to Fixelist unless the customer acknowledge that the job is completed or after 14 days the work is completed.
